Adjunct and resident professors face distinct challenges in higher education, including heavy workloads, large class sizes, and administrative burdens. Generative AI tools have emerged as valuable resources, assisting professors with lesson planning, grading, content generation, and personalized student feedback (Johnson & Thompson, 2023). This paper explores how generative AI aids teaching and administrative tasks, enhancing productivity and student engagement for both adjunct and resident faculty.

With the rise of remote learning, universities have increasingly relied on AI-powered proctoring solutions to ensure exam integrity. Generative AI, a subfield of AI that can generate text, images, and simulations, is now being utilized to identify cheating behaviors, track test-taker activities, and provide real-time alerts to human proctors (Brown & Lee, 2023). While this AI-driven approach offers enhanced security, it also raises questions about privacy, accuracy, and fairness (Johnson, 2024). This paper explores how generative AI is used in college proctoring, its effectiveness, and the ethical challenges it presents.
